Lovely clean and comfortable room and beds. Nice to be able to park outside the door to the room. The swimming pool was an unexpected bonus.
Food in the restaurant was good, as were the drinks.

We felt Sens was a lovely town, lots to do, places to eat and drink and plenty of culture, parcs and gardens. We found a lovely mix of people living there and also visiting like us. Local activities were plentiful, from a beer festival to the very good Saturday food market which offered voucher incentives. We loved the atmosphere from the Tabacs to the bistro which offered lovely food. The tourist information centre was very helpful and we hired bicycles, which was fun exploring along the river Yonne. We enjoyed seeing and hearing the nightly starling murmurations.

An absolutely beautiful Saint Etienne 12th century Gothic cathedral. The mediaval stained glass windows are a sight to be seen. There is a museum which is near the cathedral with amazing artefacts such as jaw bone of a young mamoth, an area dedicated to kids, paintings, religious silver and gold ornements. It is open all day apart for one hour and a half for lunch.
It is advisable to do a bit of research on the cathedral as there is so much to it.
In the evening we ate on the square of the cathedral. It is a busy restaurant buzing with life yet very affordable. Tables outside if you choose otherwise you can comfortably eat inside.

In Summer the square in front of the Cathedral has nice outside restaurants with a good vibe.

The cathedral which had its first choir in 1145 AD and construction from 1235 to the 1500s was worthy of every visitor seeking gothic history. Wonderful. Town folk were very friendly and accommodating. Easy to walk around the town centre and the market was superb. We ate at the Hotel Paris for late snacks apres dinner and breakfast and enjoyed the breakfast best.
Small b&b very close to the centre of Sens. The hosts are very friendly and make sure you feel welcome, and our (small) car could be parked in the courtyard which was very nice. They sell some local products - we enjoyed a bottle of wine when we were there and I bought some caramel to take home. It's a great value for money :) Sens itself is quite pretty, we only stayed for one night so didn't have time to properly check it out but we had a walk around town which was nice.
It’s clearly quite a new hotel as it felt like the design was very contemporary. The room felt surprisingly spacious due to the well thought out design. The staff were excellent, extremely helpful and very happy - even late at night which was nice, considering we arrived at almost midnight. The beds were really comfortable and the shower was good too. Free parking, over the road from a huge supermarket and petrol station too - absolutely perfect for what we needed.
Very friendly reception, and a excellent location. The (small) suite was very lovely arranged, and the breakfast, which was brought to the room, was more than fantastic! I will certainly come back, also because Sens is a very friendly town, with lots to explore and see: very nice cathedral, nice, old center, and a amazing treasury of the cathedral, of of the richest of France!
This splendid hotel must have undergone a complete modernization. The only hint was the residual circular stairways which had been supervened by the excellent elevator system. We were DELIGHTED, as our expectations were so exceeded. There is walled parking and we could see out car from our room. WE have NO reservations in recommending this hotel as absolutely perfect.
Receptionists are courteous and helpful during my stay there and the continental breakfast is delicious. The room is adequately sized, well-insulated and clean. There are several shops nearby including a large Auchan store as well as several restaurants for simple meals. Highly recommended for any trip to Sens.
A fine hotel conveniently located just a 5 minute walk from the city centre. The décor is noteworthy, both in the rooms and the public areas. Good sized bathroom. Breakfast was good with plenty of choices. Staff very pleasant. Parking on the hotel grounds was good and free, Would return.
We had a really friendly welcome from the hosts and got a tour of the apartment. Everything was really clean and is pretty spacious. Situated on walking distance to the center of Sens and you have a nice bakery and small convenience store in the same street. We had a great stay!
The property was clean and light and airy and bigger than expected.
It is a short walk onto SENS which has lots to offer, this lovely town is full of life and stuff to do, we loved it
The apartment was well thought out, the shower was good with good water pressure.
The loft is exceptional. One spends some time just discovering different features of the loft as it is intriguing. The location is exceptional too. We arrived late at night but already could visit the beautiful town center of Sens which is 30 meters from the loft.
The closeness to the highway, near shops and food places. The hotel is clean and good price, the staff were nice. We had a pleasant sleep for our one night stop heading to Spain. I would recommend.
Good location, nice concept of parking a car in front of the apartment.
Swimming pool is nice, too.
Tasty wine in the bar.
Hotel is very clean and fresh.
The location right in the center was the best thing about the hotel. it also had fair amenities and was clean. the self check in process was also smooth.
